How long does it take?
We use a courier company to deliver your order. In stock items can be delivered in 2-3 business days. Custom made orders can take up to 3 weeks.
Where to and how much?
Our courier delivers throughout South Africa at a cost of R150. Orders over R1000, will be delivered at no extra charge.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes you can. Once your parcel has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Can I collect?
Our office is based in Bryanston, Johannesburg. Should you wish to collect you are welcome to do so. Please make arrangements to collect via email.

Please provide us with a physical address within South Africa and remember your parcel will need to be signed for.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In the very unlikely event that you should wish to return or exchange an item of jewellery, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving you order.
Please note in order for us to accept a return and issue your in-store credit the item being returned should be unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept the return of custom made jewellery and special orders. Items brought on sale are also excluded from our returns policy. Our products are guaranteed for 6 months from purchase against manufacturing faults. Chains are delicate by nature and need to be handled with care, they are not included in our guarantee.
*Please note you will be required to pay the postage when returning an item. We are able to assist you with this at a cost of R90. Please email us should you wish to make use of this service.
Our diamonds are the real deal, 100% natural and conflict free. Quality matters in a diamond, so it matters to us.
We use the following quality diamonds in our jewellery;
Near colourless I/J
Very slight VS1 to slightly included SI1
Coloured gemstones stones
We love colour and we know you do to. Our gemstones are natural and hand selected for their cut and colour.
Will my jewellery come with a Valuation?
Keep covered and your insurer happy by requesting a valuation certificate for your jewellery.
How should I clean my jewellery?
To clean your diamond jewellery, we recommend gently washing the item in hot water with a mild washing liquid. Use a soft cloth to dry your jewellery.
How can I protect my jewellery?
It is best to always store your jewellery in the original packaging or soft pouch provided, keep pieces
separately to avoid damage. It is advisable to have your jewellery checked by a reputable jeweller on
a regular basis to ensure claws and settings are in good condition.
Which of the ‘Cs’ is the most important?
Of the 4Cs, the diamond’s cut and clarity are the most crucial factor in optimising the diamonds light
performance. We use Round Brilliant Cut Diamonds to ensure maximum light reflection and scintillation.
What type of Metals do we use?
Our jewellery is produced by workshops that are accredited through the Responsible Jewellery Council Global Bureau and as such are committed to ensuring all precious metals are procured and processed responsibly.
We use 9k and 18k white, yellow and rose/red gold
18ct is 75% pure (750)
9ct is 37.5% pure (375)
All our gold alloys are nickel free
All our jewellery is stamped with the relevant gold hallmarked.
Can my ring be resized?
In most cases a ring can be resized between one and two ring sizes either bigger or smaller than the ring’s current size. A reputable jeweller will be able to assist you
