What is Mobicred?
We use a courier company to deliver your order. In stock items can be delivered in 2-3 business days. Custom made orders can take up to 3 weeks.

What is Mobicred?


Mobicred is an online credit facility that allows you to shop now and pay for your item over month installments. You need to register at www.mobicred.co.za and will be required to provide documentation for approval of this credit facility. Once registered, you will be provided with a username and password to be used during the payment process and will be required to login (Login will prompt an OTP to be sent to the registered mobile device in order to reserve the funds). Mobicred is a safe and convenient payment method used by MANY well known online retailers.




How long will it take to get my order?


Our jewellery is made-to-order so please allow 14-16 working days for our ready-to-wear and personalised jewellery to be delivered.




Is my order safe with a courier?


We use a preferred door-to-door courier to deliver all our parcels and each order is insured during transit at no additional cost to you Please note we are anable to delivery to a postal address




Can I track my parcel?


Yes you can. Once your parcel has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number




Click & Collect?


Our office is based in Lonehill, Jonannesburg. We opperate Monday to Friday between 9am-4:30pm and Saturdays between 10am-2pm. Select Click & Collect at checkout




Can I return my order?


In the unlikely event that you should wish to return or exchange an item of jewellery, please contact us by email within 2days of receiving you order: dp@daniellecamera.co.za

Please ensure the jewellery is unworn and in it's original packaging. We are unable to accept returns on personalised or custom-made jewellery as well as sale items.

Should you wish to make use of our courier service we are happy to assist you at an additional charge




Our product guarantee


We offer a 6month guarantee against manufacturing faults on all our jewellery from date of delivery Please contact us if you accidentaly damage your jewellery or there is damage due to wear and tear and we will gladly assit you Due the delicate nature of chains they are not included in our guarantee




Will my jewellery come with a Valuation?


We provide valuation certificates for all engagement rings.

Please contact us should you require a valuation certificate for your Ready-To-Wear jewellery.




How to find my ring size?


You're welcome to pop-in and we will measure your finger to determine your ring size. If you are unable to do this, please feel free to use our online ring sizing chart as a guide Alternatively you can measure the inside diameter of the ring using a ruler and supply the measurement in mm We don't recomend the piece of string method




Can my ring be re-sized?


Most rings can be re-sized safely between 1-2 sizes up or down. Please contact us directly should you need assistance: dp@daniellecamera.co.za




How do I care for my jewellery?


We recommend cleaning your jewellery regularly. Our Sterling Silver and Gold jewellery can be cleaned with a soft polishing cloth and jewellery with diamonds and gemstones can be soaked in warm soapy (add a drop of Sunlight soap) water for 10minutes before rinsing the item under running water You can use a soft bristle brush to clean the back of stones, but ensure you dont pull the claws open when using the brush We highly recommend taking your jewellery to a professional once a year to check your settings, tighten claws, polish and re-plate if necessary
